Singing has always been part of me.

I’m not interested in vocal perfection — I want to tell the truth.

I’ve been classically trained in vocal technique, working in the studio and live performances. I have a BA in Popular Music where I recorded my own original compositions (like the song above!) with The National Youth Jazz Orchestra at Abbey Road.

It was as magical as it sounds!

I have a background in choral singing, musical theatre, jazz and pop.

My vocal range sits in the alto/mezzo space — warm, raspy and characterful. I’m currently exploring how song and storytelling intersect in devised theatre, live performance, and film. I’m also developing a recorded collection of all the songs I’ve written over the last 10 years.

Because they can’t stay, unheard, in notebooks and voice notes forever.
